Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, please read this policy before you buy.

1. Digital products

All AlternativePhusion products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. As they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final.

2. When we'll make it right

That said, we stand behind our work. We'll gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted, broken, or won't download;
• You were charged more than once for the same order;
• The product is materially not as described.

3. How to request

Email phpytad@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment platform (such as Gumroad) back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
